Marketing Services Manager
Enjoy China Media/Advertising is seeking a Marketing Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Marketing Services Department and building the service business within mainland China. The Marketing Services Manager will be actively involved to both project manage and execute on strategic marketing components. They will be a skilled coordinator and have to work with the Design department, Clients Services team, and Web Services department to fulfill clients' project needs.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
2. Working with Sales Team to engage clients and prepare Marketing Services Proposals
3. Generating strategic marketing plans for client
4. Defining and managing project implementation time lines
5. Driving Creative input into client's marketing activities
6. Writing bi-lingual copy for Press Releases, sales material and client Ads.
7. Developing Business relationships with top international companies and growing bottom line revenues.
8. Supervise Marketing Assistant
Employment Standards
Education: College degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
Experience: At least five years in marketing manager role within a advertising or media companies. Strong strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs.
Required Skills: Excellent communication in written and oral Chinese and English. Must be a self-starter, highly organized. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
