Looking for flatamtes, two rooms available, near People Sq.!
Hi everyone, we are looking for flatmates in two available rooms.
One room is a master bedroom, suitable also for a couple. There's lots of room in the closets, a Tv set and the bathroom is equipped with hydromassage. Worth giving it a check. Price 3000Rmb (for a single).
The other room is a nice room, pretty spacy, with a one and 1/2 places bed, closets and shelfs. Price 2200Rmb.
Both rooms have large, lighful windows, the whole apartment has a lot of light and there's always a nice breeze flowing by that make you do less of A/C (which is largely available and each room has its own). The apt is total 3 bedrooms, the kitchen is large and well equipped. We use wireless adsl, there's a HiFi and a large Tv in the common living room. There are no additional costs for the building services just the usual bills (gas, electricity, water, internet...) The building is fully equipped with 24h surveillance, swimming pool, gym and even a indoor shop. It's definetly luxury looking. We live on the 27th floor with a terrific view over the city skyline. To get in, you need to advance at least one month deposit.
